About this role :
As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Gastroenterology, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.?In this role you will treat patients with the following conditions : GERD / acid reflux, IBS, Crohns disease, Ulcerative colitis, liver disease / hepatitis, Celiac disease, gallbladder disease, etc.
- This position includes up to?$7,500?in relocation assistance when applicable
- You will practice at Avenues Gastroenterology in Salt Lake City, Utah
- You will have 32 patient facing hours per week and work in clinic on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays with admin time on Wednesdays

What youll bring :
APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
BLS and active DEA, required
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
