About this role :
As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Urology you will work with a team of healthcare professionals made up of 5 MDs and 3 other APPs who are committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.?In this role you will round each morning before clinic at either American Fork Hospital or Utah Valley Hospital and work a combination in the clinic and in the OR.
This position includes up to?$ 7,500 ?in relocation assistance when applicable
You will work up to 14-22 new and follow up patient appointments, providing Urodynamic testing, scopes and void trials
Your hours will be Monday through Friday, with a 60 / 40 Clinic : OR schedule
Call is 1 : 4

What youll bring :
APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
Prior Urology experience as an APP or (2) years of APP experience in a Surgical environment, strongly preferred
First Assist or willingness to obtain, required
BLS certification and DEA , required
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
