What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Supervisor position at IHC, LLC?

Our ideal candidate will have:
- The ability to motivate others, coordinate workflow within the team, including prioritizing jobs and delegating duties to associates.
- Train and mentor team members on proper manufacturing techniques and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with staff and management, utilizing Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
- Operate forklifts and handle materials safely within the manufacturing facility.
- Ensures adherence to company policies and guidelines, safety & security procedures.
- Demonstrates good judgment under pressure
- Proven experience in high volume/fast paced environment
- Computer skills (MS office Suite) a plus
- Experience in plating, coatings or painting operations (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication skills
