Position Summary :
The primary focus of this role is to identify and develop partnership opportunities for iHealth Labs' Product Research and PoC Sales Department. The BD Manager will drive the commercialization and market expansion of innovative products by conducting market research, prospecting potential partners, and negotiating business agreements. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams to align product research goals and sales targets, ensuring new products effectively reach the market.
Job Responsibilities :
- Market & Industry Analysis
Track and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs related to PoC and IVD products, providing data-driven insights for product research and sales strategies.
Identify and screen potential business partners (e.g., hospitals, clinics, distributors, technology platforms) to explore collaboration opportunities.
Collaborate closely with R&D, Product, and Sales teams to devise market entry and commercialization strategies for new products.
Develop business expansion plans for target customer segments and regions, leveraging market insights and product strengths.
Collaborate effectively with Product Research, Compliance, Quality, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
