The Role
We're seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to identify and solicit new business. This is a unique opportunity to engage with clients nationwide to discuss advertising opportunities across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Be part of an award-winning, rapidly growing, collaborative sales organization.
- Creatively prospect and connect with new accounts.
- Meet activity requirements of 75 contacts per day.
- Identify strong prospect candidates and use creative outreach to interest them in our vast suite of advertising solutions.
- Collaborate with peers in and outside your organization.
- Meet and exceed activity, sales and revenue targets.
- Manage client expectations to ensure an outstanding experience.
- Manage sales activities using industry leading CRM and sales intelligence technology.
Requirements
- Maintain focus in a dynamic team environment.
- At least 2 years SDR or Outbound Sales experience.
- Professional demeanor, including outstanding phone etiquette.
- Ability to balance being creative and adaptable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual a plus.
- A competitive spirit that thrives in a highly accountable, metrics driven and tech savvy selling environment.
