Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IHG Extended Stay Hotel Manager to join our team. We are conversing a hotel to an extended stay hotel. We will only interview candidates that have IHG experience. As an IHG Extended Stay Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent hospitality management skills, a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
- Supervise and train hotel staff to ensure high-quality service and to meet the needs of guests.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of hotel marketing, including advertising, public relations, and social media.
- Coordinate and conduct night audits to ensure all hotel operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor and manage the hotel's budget to ensure financial goals are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and memorable guest experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel staff, guests, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of hotel operations and hospitality management principles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong customer service skills and a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and phone systems.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends.
