Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IHG Extended Stay Hotel Manager to join our team. We are conversing a hotel to an extended stay hotel. We will only interview candidates that have IHG experience. As an IHG Extended Stay Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent hospitality management skills, a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

  • Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
  • Supervise and train hotel staff to ensure high-quality service and to meet the needs of guests.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of hotel marketing, including advertising, public relations, and social media.
  • Coordinate and conduct night audits to ensure all hotel operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage the hotel's budget to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and memorable guest experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel staff, guests, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of hotel operations and hospitality management principles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong customer service skills and a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in hospitality management software and phone systems.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Hospitality: 10 years (Required)
  • Hotel management: 5 years (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Canton, GA 30114: Relocate before starting work (Required)
