Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Human Resources to execute the people strategy and initiatives.
- Partner with leaders and department heads to provide day-to-day support and manage performance improvement plans.
- Manage internal investigations, disciplinary processes, and employee relations coaching.
Requirements
- Secondary education in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Employment Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a senior Human Resources position or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong understanding of performance management, IR, and FWA frameworks.
- Proficiency in Oracle MyRecruit, Kronos, and Preceda systems.
