Responsibilities:
- Support in daily communication with manufactures and customers overseas.
- Work with sales, design and tech team on calendar deadlines, sourcing, product adoption and samples development.
- Follow up with oversea factories to ensure fabric/ trims/ samples are submitted in a timely manner.
- Place orders and track production deliveries.
- Assist in fittings and supporting the team as needed.
- Monitor samples and approval process.
- Follow up to ensure all orders are being properly shipped and arrived on time.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of production experience preferably within off-price.
- Previous experience working within apparel is preferred but not required.
- Strong organization skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Chinese language.
Job Logistics
Location: New York, NY – Midtown West
Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000
