The Successful Candidate Should Have Following Skills/qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of financial institution experience
- Minimum of 2 Years experience with Credit/Debit Cards operations and/or ACH preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Service oriented with mindfulness of response times
- Process all outgoing and incoming ACH files on behalf of the Credit Union, along with ACH exception items, ACH disputes and ACH Stop Payments.
- Complete all Visa loan moves, closing of Visa cards, and processing of all deceased card limit request. Process card limit increases requests as well as all card maintenance activities.
- Process Remote Deposit Capture check items including proper review and further inquiring potential fraudulent deposits. Complete increase and decrease limit requests.
- Completes daily balancing of General Ledger's for card transactions, mail payments, and ACH items.
- Treasury Management/Business Online Banking tasks include, opening new Online Banking profiles, assisting with reset passwords, responding to members' questions and requests.
