We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for transforming residential and commercial spaces through various remodeling projects, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of safety and aesthetics.
Duties
- Execute remodeling projects including kitchen, bathroom, and general renovations.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently as required for specific tasks.
- Install glass fixtures, cabinets, doors, and other structural elements.
- Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on design choices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project duration.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in remodeling or construction management is preferred.
- Proficiency in heavy equipment operation is an asset.
- Strong skills in glass installation, cabinet installation, door hanging, and carpentry.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam software for project planning and documentation is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
