As an IHOP Server, you will be our guests first and last impression. Please be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate the needs of the guest. You will work hard, but have a great time doing it!
Job Functions:
- Greets and seats guests.
- Greets guest, applies suggestive selling techniques, records orders, insures prompt placement of orders, follows up to ensure guest satisfaction, removes unneeded dishes and utensils.
- Prepares beverages for guests.
- Clears remaining items from tables; cleans and resets tables.
- Collects payment from guests in accordance with established cash handling procedures and adheres to guest check control policy.
- Performs cleaning and stocking side work duties as assigned.
- Periodically assists other service personnel.
- Must be able to stand and walk through out a 4 to 8 hour shift.
- Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Schedule:

Pay:
$2.13 per hpur
Supplemental Pay:
- Tips (can make upwards of $100.00 daily)
