Starting day 1 you begin a great training program to learn our policies and procedures and to gain the skills that youll need to provide our guests with the fantastic dining experience they expect.
Specific Server duties include greeting guests, taking orders, answering questions, serving drinks and food and accommodating guests needs in a courteous and timely manner. Servers make suggestions regarding food and drinks, clean guest tables and area, and create a friendly and upbeat atmosphere for guests. Servers relay orders to the kitchen via a point-of sale computerized register system and are responsible for presenting the guest check and accepting cash or credit card payment.
Qualified applicants must be able to read and write and have effective communication skills, stand for up to 8 hours, be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds and have full mobility of hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks such as transporting plates, glasses and baskets to and from kitchen to dining room.
We have detailed COVID prevention protocols in our restaurants including mask wearing policies, partitions between tables, disinfectants, regular cleaning schedules, and a COVID Prevention Training Program to provide team members the information and skills needed to protect our guests, other employees, and themselves.
