Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Present menus, make recommendations and answer questions about menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions.
- Accurately take and process customer orders using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that plates are prepared and garnished according to IHOP standards.
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, processing payments according to company policies.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Qualifications:
