What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electronics Hardware Engineer position at II-VI Incorporated?
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- The candidate is responsible to plan, design, supervise, coordinate, direct and execute electronics hardware development involving precision analog and high speed digital design activities in support of the High Power Fiber Laser Group.
- We expect the candidate to bring strong design background in mixed-signal circuit design. The chosen individual will design board level opto-electronic circuits addressing high speed OE conversion as well as low noise signal detection and analog control loops.
- Basic RF design understanding is very beneficial. Otherwise, must be willing and able to learn the basics from our team.
- Coherent is looking for highly motivated individual who is a self-starter with dedication to teamwork.
