Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Data Analysis
- Collect, organize, and interpret large sets of data from various internal sources
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support data-driven decisions across departments
- Summarize and communicate analysis results to management and non-technical stakeholders
- Develop, implement, and maintain databases, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Prepare reports, visualizations, and dashboards to present data insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way (. Power BI dashboards, product reliability reports,
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and provide data-driven recommendations
- Monitor data accuracy and integrity, ensuring quality and consistency
- Create and maintain documentation on processes, methodologies, and data sources
- Work with project teams comprising different departments (such as Sales, IT, Engineering, Product Management) to make system changes as required to optimize processes and outputs
- Provide full stack support by interacting with the entire data pipeline, including data collection, storage, and building data ingestion systems where applicable.
- Write SQL queries to access and manipulate data in relational databases.
- Develop scripts (Python, R, to automate data processing tasks.
- Extract data from various sources (databases, APIs, flat files) using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Cleanse and transform raw data to ensure quality and consistency.
- Develop data pipelines to automate data ingestion and processing.
