What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at IICA Speech?
About the Job :
We are seeking a responsible, personable, organized individual with excellent attention to detail who works well on assignments with multiple team members and has experience in a medical office setting.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Greeting people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions, and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them.
- Manage client sign-in sheets.
- Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone.
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter.
- Handle filing and data entry as requested.
- Scheduling patients as needed or requested.
- Assist clinical staff with admin duties.
- Supply management and correspondence.
- Ensures the effectiveness of the clinic operations and maintains a professional appearance and environment.
- Assist with new patient referrals.
- Collaborate and support admin team in other offices, must be computer savvy,
- Part-time to start, Monday-Thursday, approximately 20 hours per week, in-person position. Must be able to work until 7 p.m. some evenings.
