Japanese Airline Customer Service Agent at Dulles International Airport.

Japanese fluency is a MUST skill.

OPT welcome! (NO VISA support)

  • Person will handle Check-in / arrivals / gate support / escort, and lobby support.
  • Computer skills required
  • Willingly to work as a team member

Work hours

  • 4.5 hours / day with overtime if flight is delayed. At least 3days / week. 4days / week preferable

    • Day off is shift schedule

    Training is provided and must be completed 8h x 5days training before starting assignment

    2024-2025 Winter schedule 7 : 30am-12pm (-3 / 8 / 25)

    2025 Summer schedule 8 : 45am-1 : 15pm (3 / 9 / 25-)

    Salary : $16.50 / h(During training and OJT about a month)

    18.50 / h~(after assignment start)

    Holiday pay (double pay) applies for 6 holidays : New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
