Responsibilities
- Lead various yoga classes, including Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative, to cater to the diverse needs and interests of our clients.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to ensure participants understand and safely perform yoga poses and sequences.
- Offer modifications and adjustments to accommodate individuals with different abilities and physical limitations.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all participants, fostering a sense of community and connection.
- Design and develop lesson plans that are engaging, balanced, and aligned with our studio's objectives.
- Monitor participants' progress and provide feedback and encouragement to support their growth and development.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and stored after each class.
- Stay up to date with current trends and developments in the yoga industry, constantly expanding your knowledge and sharing it with our community.
Requirements
- A valid certification from a recognized yoga training program.
- Proven experience teaching yoga and leading group classes.
- In-depth knowledge of different yoga styles and techniques.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain instructions and concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to modify yoga poses to accommodate individuals with various physical abilities or limitations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Passion for wellness and helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of our clients.
Salary : $6,500 - $8,000
