We are looking for a detail-oriented On-Site Payroll Coordinator to support our workforce by ensuring accurate payroll processing, labor tracking, and compliance with timekeeping policies.
Position Summary
The On-Site Payroll Coordinator plays a critical role in managing employee timekeeping, payroll accuracy, and labor reporting. This position works closely with on-site leadership and regional payroll teams to maintain compliance, reduce payroll discrepancies, and support overall workforce efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Timekeeping & Attendance Management
- Monitor and review time clock records at the start and end of each shift to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and correct mis-punches in timekeeping systems.
- Work with operations leadership to issue and track mis-punch forms for employees with timekeeping errors.
- Ensure all employee punches are coded correctly to the appropriate job order.
- Enter attendance codes in the payroll system and track recurring attendance issues for escalation.
- Monitor the employee call-in line and report absences to operational leadership.
Payroll Processing & Compliance
- Review and approve time records, submitting confirmation to the regional payroll coordinator.
- Assign clock codes to employees based on operational needs.
- Communicate hiring needs to recruiting team.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, coordinating with the regional payroll coordinator.
- Conduct regular time clock audits to verify employee attendance.
Operational Reporting & Data Management
- Generate and submit labor hours reports for each shift to operations management.
- Review employee production summaries to identify errors or missing data and address them with operations leadership.

Qualifications & Skills
- Previous payroll, timekeeping, or administrative experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or staffing environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and payroll/timekeeping systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
