JOB SUMMARY
This role is in charge for ensuring our commitment to our customers by handling orders’ administration, ensuring quality standards are met and deadlines are followed on-time delivery, on-time commitment, on-time invoicing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders from Integrators in terms of quality and deadlines: on time delivery, promise, and invoices.
- Monitor and manage customer orders, follow-up in line with company commitments and internal processes, including creating Sales Orders from Customer Purchase Orders, booking transport, managing reception and invoicing.
- Monitor and manage procurement orders, follow-up in line with company commitments and internal processes, including creating Purchase Orders, booking transport, managing reception.
- Follow up with tracking and provide shipment information when needed.
- Communicate regularly to customers on order status and any issues.
- Manage local Product stock of finished products (purchase orders, stock reconciliation, stock checks, 3PL invoice checks).
- Manage Product fleets for rentals (asset allocation, contract management, sales orders, transport, repair order, invoicing).
- Assist in resolving any issues related to orders, deliveries, and invoices.
- Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- And any other tasks relevant for this position.
ESSENTAIL FUNCTIONS
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Position constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a computer, copier, and printer
- The person in this position frequently communicates with other departments. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
