I.K. Hofmann USA is seeking a motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician in the Spartanburg area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, and modifying manufacturing and test equipment to enhance systems uptime and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and modification of manufacturing and test equipment to improve systems uptime and reliability.
- Maintain and update all process documentation related to equipment maintenance and modifications.
- Employ safe work practices and demonstrate a strong understanding of safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide technical support to production teams during equipment breakdowns or malfunctions.
- Work with automation, mechanical, and electronic systems, to ensure efficient equipment performance.
- Adjust quickly to changes in equipment specifications and processes.
- Be available for overtime and holiday work as needed to support production demands.
