Site Manager
Join a dynamic team at the forefront of industrial construction! Our client is looking for a Site Manager for the newly established US branch of a leading European company, you will play a pivotal role in our client's expansion.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of on-site project execution, including daily planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Conduct daily toolbox safety meetings and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
- Manage the timely ordering of materials and services, collaborating with vendors and subcontractors.
- Conduct risk assessments, develop and implement mitigation strategies, and prepare RAMS documentation.
- Optimize team performance and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance to on-site teams, interpret construction / assembly drawings, and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and acceptance protocols.
- Coordinate with other contractors and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Contribute to project cost estimations and proposals.
- Oversee site facilities, equipment, and logistics.
