Starting Pay of $25-$26 per hour
Responsibilities:
Work per lounge Service Standards
Clean up the lounge during opening hours
Clean the bar and kitchen during and after the opening hours
Serve the passengers
Refill the buffet with food, drinks, and equipment
Help the Lounge Supervisor with various tasks
Assist guests in navigate the lounge
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Lead the team on the shift to ensure Lounge is running smoothly
Job Requirements of a Lounge Attendant Shift Lead:
Must have bartender experience
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Familiar with industry's best practices
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to multi-task as well as stay on task and concentrate with constant interruptions
Prioritize and delegate tasks in a timely manner
Maintain a positive attitude under pressure and motivate team
Knowledge of safe and sanitary food handling principles
Conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior
Ability to work as a Lead of a team whose goal is to make all customers experience enjoyable
Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Required Experience:
Equivalent professional experience
Fine dining experience
Shift Lead experience
Minimum Essential Functions:
Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time
Frequently move trays and stacks of dishes, pots, pans weighing up to 50 pounds.
The person in this position will be required to move about the kitchen area from station to station.
This person must have the ability to communicate effectively
Work Environment:
Work near others. They often share the same workspace.
Occasionally work in extremely bright or dim lighting conditions
Exposure to stoves, ovens, microwaves and sharp cooking tools like knives and scissor
