Starting Pay of $25-$26 per hourResponsibilities : Work per lounge Service Standards Clean up the lounge during opening hoursClean the bar and kitchen during and after the opening hours Serve the passengersRefill the buffet with food, drinks, and equipment Help the Lounge Supervisor with various tasks Assist guests in navigate the lounge Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standardsMaintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customersLead the team on the shift to ensure Lounge is running smoothlyJob Requirements of a Lounge Attendant Shift Lead : Must have bartender experienceAccuracy and speed in executing assigned tasksFamiliar with industry's best practicesExcellent communication skills both written and verbalAbility to multi-task as well as stay on task and concentrate with constant interruptionsPrioritize and delegate tasks in a timely mannerMaintain a positive attitude under pressure and motivate teamKnowledge of safe and sanitary food handling principlesConformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behaviorAbility to work as a Lead of a team whose goal is to make all customers experience enjoyableRequired Education : High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)Required Experience : Equivalent professional experienceFine dining experienceShift Lead experienceMinimum Essential Functions : Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the timeFrequently move trays and stacks of dishes, pots, pans weighing up to 50 pounds. The person in this position will be required to move about the kitchen area from station to station.This person must have the ability to communicate effectivelyWork Environment : Work near others.
