Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & Setup: Lead the installation of machines at customer locations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from day one.
- Customer Training: Train customer personnel on machine operation, service, and preventative maintenance, empowering them to maximize machine performance.
- Technical Service & Recommendations: Perform technical checks on machinery and provide actionable recommendations to improve operations.
- Travel & Flexibility: Travel extensively across North America (about 75% of the time) to service customer sites, helping build strong relationships and providing exceptional service.
- What You Bring:
- Experience: While experience in polymer and plastics processing is preferred, it’s not required. What matters most is your passion for technology and problem-solving.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of HMI, drives, and microprocessor programmable controllers is a plus.
- Engineering Background: Experience in electrical, electronics, or mechanical engineering is highly preferred, but we’re also open to candidates with diverse technical backgrounds.

Forklift certification

Frequently positioning oneself to perform work tasks
This position operates tools, objects, and controls as necessary
Must be able to move up to 50lbs
