What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator (m/f/d) position at IKA Works, Inc. (USA)?
Your tasks:
- Provide coordinator function for local marketing activities, as well as group activities.
- Assemble reports as assigned by collating, consolidating, and summarizing necessary information, graphs, and presentations.
- Supports the local sales force by providing updates on all pertinent marketing-related activities.
- Organizes tradeshows.
- Prepares flyers, brochures and other print-related materials by working with graphic designers to format content and graphics; arranges printing of such materials.
- Support Corporate Director Marketing with current projects as assigned.
- Collect and coordinate data exchange between IKA subsidiaries and the marketing agency.
- Present reporting and analysis findings and recommendations to manager, project sponsors and senior management.
- Coordinate product launches with Marketing staff as well as subsidiaries and agency.
- Disseminate relevant product information to channel partners in a comprehensive, timely fashion.
- Over time, edits and revises English-related content for the entire IKA Group.
- Maintain overview of media bookings, due and submission dates for the US outlets.
- Liaise with advertising agencies.
- Accomplishes marketing and the overall organizational mission by completing related projects as assigned.

- Ability to use basic math skills.
- Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 3 years’ experience in marketing and communications and/or web analytics, business intelligence preferred.
