WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Fulfilment Manager, responsible for a customer-centric and high-performing operations for the Distribution / Customer Fulfillment Center, you will:
• Lead, steer, plan, support and follow up the operations and the development of the organization within the unit.
• Focus on continuous improvement of operations, standard operating procedures, legal compliance, and budgeting of the Customer Fulfilment Center.
• Collaborate with key partners and stakeholders on all levels, contributing to optimal operational and omnichannel development, related business-and process forums, sourcing activities as well as to all matrices, global and market initiatives and competence networks.
• Implement new Warehouse technologies and ways of working including the Customer Fulfillment Sustainability agenda in the unit.
• Promote an environment where co-workers are inspired to contribute to innovation, development, and knowledge sharing, while supporting high performance, flexibility, equality, diversity and inclusion in the unit.

PAY – The salary range for this position is $121042-$180,002 and will be based on relevant work experience ( US applicants salary)

• A fun and inclusive work environment QUALIFICATIONS University degree in (economics, logistics, or supply chain management) or proven performance in logistics or commercial supply chain management.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, or Retail Distribution.
• 6-10 years of uxperience in a management position (preferably in distribution, retail, logistics, or similar).
• Successful leadership in a large organization, delivering both business results and people development.
• Experience in securing the implementation of mid-term and long-term strategies and plans and set/follow-up goals.
• Ability to influence in a matrix organization.
