What you'll be doing day to day
You’ll be building a customer-centric culture by gathering customer feedback and providing insights to provide a simple, seamless and rewarding end-to-end journey for IKEA customers.
- Using data from the customer feedback tool to inform and educate the retail store team on the experiences of customers at each touchpoint.
- Providing customer insights & feedback around strengths, opportunities and following up on improvement action plans.
- Supporting IKEA events such as customer workshops, co-worker engagement activities and community outreach.
- Integrating customer insight and feedback into key decision-making processes.
- Presenting learnings and insights at store meetings and forums.
QUALIFICATIONS
2 years of experience working with multichannel customer journeys and customer support Previous retail experience Experience analyzing, planning and measuring performance
