What are the responsibilities and job description for the Risk and Compliance Associate position at IKEA?
- Report writing skills (a must) - Almost every Duty requires us to write a narrative that could be used in a law forum and assessments (audits).
- Working in a stressful situation and keeping a calm composure. Fire alarms and medical emergencies.
- Decision making skills dealing with safety issues and following policies, procedures and statutes (law).
- Time management skills
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods to do rounds and assessments in and outside the building.
- Must be able to articulate with customers, vendors, and complicated visitors.
- Must be able to learn and utilize a fire system and burglar alarm system.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.06 - $30.09 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
Work Location: In person
