What are the responsibilities and job description for the Events Coordinator position at Ikes Grand Hall Inc.?
Ike's Grand Hall Inc. is pleased to announced that we are hiring a full-time events coordinator in order to assist with day to day operations at our halls. Pay is flexible, but starts at $22 an hour bonus. Duties include but are not limited to
- Planning events that will take place at our Grand Hall
- Attend & fulfill to all of clients needs, as available
- Coordinate all event activities and personnel
- Manage all events at busy Queens location
- Light cleaning
- Moving of tables & chairs
Qualifications
- Experience in catering halls/event business
- Strong Business, Customer Service, Event, Coordination, Planning Skills
- Able to be flexible with hours (nights and weekends)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
