We are looking for a Direct Channel Manager to join an innovative IoT start-up that develops cutting-edge products. If you have experience managing international projects and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Channel Enablement & Onboarding: Design and execute effective onboarding processes for new Honda dealer partners, ensuring they can successfully implement our IoT solutions from the start.
- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison for our B2B partners—particularly Honda dealers—leading communications and proactively managing account relationships.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, sales, etc.) to resolve dealer needs promptly and efficiently.
- Product & Market Feedback: Work closely with product and development teams to ensure dealer needs are reflected in continuous solution improvements.
- Performance Monitoring & Strategic Guidance: Track how our solutions are being used by dealers, offering strategic recommendations to maximize success and drive long-term adoption.
- Retention & Growth Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to retain and expand dealer engagement, promoting full utilization of Mapit’s technology solutions.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and solve challenges promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction and fostering enduring - Industry Awareness: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the mobility sector, especially the US motorcycle market and Honda-specific developments, to stay ahead of evolving dealer needs.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Channel Manager, or related role in a B2B setting.
- Experience in the automotive or powersports sector is highly valued, particularly with IoT or software solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge cultural and operational gaps between US and European teams.
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a strong passion for innovation in mobility.
