We are looking for a Project Manager to join an innovative IoT start-up that develops cutting-edge products, in Atlanta. If you have experience managing international projects and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for the US market launch of key products, ensuring smooth collaboration between teams in Atlanta, USA, and Barcelona headquarters.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing) to define timelines, deliverables, and KPIs, while proactively mitigating risks and resolving bottlenecks.
- Serve as the primary liaison for client communication, providing regular progress updates, managing expectations, and ensuring deliverables meet strategic objectives.
- Drive projects with a results-oriented mindset, ensuring high-quality output and timely completion.
- Maintain alignment between various stakeholders and teams while promoting effective collaboration across borders.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in the IoT, tech, or automotive sectors.
- Proven track record of managing international projects and remote teams.
- Proficiency with PM tools (Jira, Asana, Trello) and experience in agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge cultural and operational gaps between US and European teams.
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a strong passion for innovation in mobility.
- Experience working with US-based clients or organizations is a plus.
- Availability for occasional travel to Barcelona, Spain, and flexibility to accommodate time zones.
