What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Counselor/ LPC/ LCSW position at IKK?
Job Summary:
Provide intensive home-based family therapy and support services in collaboration with a team partner to families whose children and/or adolescents meet the criteria for a psychiatric (mental health) diagnosis and are at risk for inpatient psychiatric hospitalization or other out-of-home placements.
Job Duties:
Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client.
Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team
Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with Inkreasing Kare organization policies.
Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources.
Regular and reliable attendance is required.
Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.
Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking our services.
Key Performance Indicators:
Meet billable hour productivity standards.
Complete reassessments on time.
Complete clinical documentation within two business days of the service provided.
Requirements:
Job Qualifications:
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field. Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment is preferred. Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred. Is licensed or is actively working toward acquisition of licensure.

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work or related field in accordance with regulations
Skills:
·Excellent computer and communication skills, both written and verbal
·Valid Driver’s License and full-time use of a vehicle
