JOB TITLE Electrician

WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE;
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot distribution and control equipment such as switches, relays, circuit breakers and fuse disconnects.
- Manage assigned work orders.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment.
- Work in a team player environment with other maintenance personnel.
- Communicate effectively up and down the chain of command.
- Work with computers, line drive, and PLCs,
- Understand and comply with all safety rules
- Comprehend and use technical manuals and schematics.
- Organize work area, tools and parts.
- Work with minimal supervision; manage time effectively while handling multiple jobs with varying priorities.
- The position is subject to 24-hour call out; shift and weekend work.
- Must be able to stand for long periods. Must be able to climb stairs and work on high up areas.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;
- Knowledge of Safety Systems and their application/use
- Minimum of five years electrical maintenance experience in a plant setting.
- Knowledge of Allen Bradley Drives, Relay Logic, PLCs and Programming.
- Experience with various instrumentation sensors and transmitters.
- Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting using remote HMI
- Must be able to work with computer based maintenance software.
- Possess superior analytical and troubleshooting skills.
