We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Dealer Support Associate to work with 100-150 dealerships, helping them improve performance and address operational challenges. This role is perfect for individuals with dealership experience, such as Service Advisors, who are passionate about assisting others in achieving success. You’ll provide remote/virtual support, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with dealerships and internal teams to drive growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual support to dealerships, assisting with performance challenges and operational improvements.
- Monitor dealership metrics, identify issues, and suggest actionable strategies for improvement.
- Analyze sales and operational data to uncover trends and recommend solutions that boost dealership growth and revenue.
- Help ensure compliance by verifying product registrations and customer sell-throughs.
- Coordinate with the technical support team to resolve dealership issues quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams and dealership staff to align strategies, resolve concerns, and implement performance enhancements.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience in dealership operations, such as service advising, automotive sales, or a related role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to act on performance data insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools for reporting and data analysis.
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
