What You’ll Do:
- Heavy proactive prospecting (cold calling, state associations, email, marketing campaigns, referrals, LinkedIn, etc.) into the assigned territory/region.
- Utilize tools like HubSpot to streamline the sales process, create compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Manage time effectively to support existing customers while expanding overall business within the assigned territory.
- Prospecting and networking within the Automotive space to develop new, long-term relationships.
- Actively participate in weekly sales huddles and monthly team meetings.
- Meet minimum productivity requirements regarding territory opportunity management and quality contact with potential and existing customers.
- Identify potential challenges as well as revenue growth within the business.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of automotive/B2B technology or solution sales experience selling to an automotive dealership.
- Proven sales record with exceptional networking and closing skills. Ability to quickly grasp product knowledge and articulate its impact on dealership operations.
- Experience working at a Dealer or Manufacturer is a plus.
- Proficiency in sales technology tools including HubSpot, Microsoft Office Suite, and social platforms.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% with overnight stays and ability to work extended hours as required.
- Clean driving record (Class B license) with no recent DUI or felony driving offenses.
