In this role, you will work alongside senior account managers and dealership partners, gaining experience in dealer relations, customer success, operations, and product training. You will develop the skills needed to as Field Support Manager that is responsible for managing over 50 dealership accounts and driving business success.
What You’ll Learn & Do
Training & Development
- Participate in a structured training program to understand dealership operations, fixed ops processes, and product knowledge implementation.
- Work closely with senior team members to gain hands-on experience in fixed ops & field support.
- Learn how to train dealership staff across sales, service, finance, and operations on Ikon’s automotive solutions.
- Gain exposure to customer relationship management (CRM) tools, reporting, and dealership analytics.
Dealer Support & Field Experience
- Support up to 75 dealerships in your assigned region, assisting with onboarding, product implementation, and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to dealerships to provide hands-on training and ensure smooth adoption of Ikon’s solutions.
- Ensure dealership staff correctly install and maintain the product, troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Assist with inventory management and reordering processes.
- Work with virtual account management teams to resolve off-lot issues and meet back-office dealership personnel as needed.
Growth Path
- As you gain experience, take on more independent responsibilities, eventually managing dealer relationships and operational success.
- Develop problem-solving and leadership skills that prepare you for a long-term career in automotive field management.
