Compensation:
- Base Salary: $54,000 - $60,000 Uncapped Commission & Bonus Opportunities.
- On-Target Earnings: $75,000 - $100,000 annually

Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with a hunter mentality to join our Inside Sales team at our Texas branch. This position operates in a call center environment, requiring strong outbound sales skills.
Responsibilities:
- Actively present, promote, and sell company products to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct cold calling and meetings with cannabis manufacturers to generate leads.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for customers to provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets within the designated schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with internal teams and other departments.
- Analyze market trends and track sales reports to optimize strategies.
- Report on customer needs, competitive activity, and potential for new products.
- Conduct promotional activities, including trade shows and field sales.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- 2-3 years of inside sales experience with a proven track record in outbound calling and prospecting.
- Experience in account management and relationship-building is preferred.
- Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the medical and recreational vape industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, BRM, and CRM software.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to tailor pitches to different audiences.
- Punctuality and reliable transportation required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Availability to work onsite Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM.
- Base Salary: $54,000 - $60,000
- Uncapped Commission & Bonus Structure (commission on every invoice)
- Weekly sales incentives
- Existing house accounts provided after one month.
