il Bar Coffeehouse & Bistro (il Bar, LLC) in Kimberly, WI, is looking for baristas to join our family-focused team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, charismatic, creative, and hard-working. We have an excellent training program with many opportunities to grow!
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold beverages in accordance with customer needs
- Operate Point-of-Sale system including orders and gift cards
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area & facility
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Interact with customers regularly and professionally; have fun, too!
- NEW: We'll pay for your one-year bartender license as we now serve wine & wine cocktails, including mimosas.
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a barista
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- We encourage artistry and creativity in our drinks and location
