Il Cervo, located next to the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee’s historic Deer District on the 9th floor of The Trade, Milwaukee’s premier luxury hotel. Il Cervo is currently looking for you, an experienced hospitality professional hoping to showcase their skills in a 10,000-square foot, high-end Italian restaurant. Il Cervo’s menu features hand-rolled pasta, homemade mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, and dry-aged steaks served Florentine-style, and will boast an Italian focused wine list with over 300 labels. About Position:
The busser position clean tables, taking plates, utensils and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed, make sure diners' water glasses are full, and reset tables for the next service. Bussers might help server (s) bring food out to a table, restock utensils, napkins and other dining room needs.
