What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dining Room Manager position at Il Gattopardo?
Management level professional to be a strong floor-presence, not only maintaining service standards, but to passionately inspire house staff about food, wine, service and Italian hospitality.
The ideal candidate must to have the ability to oversee all facets of service operations, with an emphasis on customer service and staff management.
Requirements & Skills:
* Minimum of 4 years of fine dining management level (Italian Fine Dining a plus!)
* Knowledge of Italian wines and ingredients
* Must to have a deep understanding of hospitality, and excellent customer service and communication skills
* Broad experience of Toast POS System, Opentable, Microsoft Suite, Trippleseat, Sling and Accubar
* Leadership skills, organization and professional maturity
* Ability to work full-time
* NYC Health Department Certificate
