What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pastry Chef position at Il Gattopardo?
IL GATTOPARDO is looking for Pastry Chef responsible to collaborate with Executive Chef on the pastry department development, menu execution, production and service, with a real passion for desserts, a great attitude, and exceptional work ethic. We are seeking for a well-rounded pastry professional with fine dining experience including creation, plating, assembling, tempering chocolate, baking, ice cream production, etc.
Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience on fine dining pastry environment, knowledge of Italian ingredients and techniques, good communication and teamwork skills.
