What You’ll Do:
- Lead by example – Deliver outstanding customer service and set the tone for the team.
- Support daily operations – Help manage inventory, staffing, cleanliness, and workflow.
- Train and motivate – Guide new and existing team members with positive leadership and clear communication.
- Ensure quality & consistency – From perfect gelato scoops to handcrafted drinks.
- Be part of special events & catering – Represent IL Gelato at fun off-site events.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Assistant Manager: 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience (preferably in food service or retail). You’re organized, hands-on, communicative, and passionate about great service.
- Availability: Must be available for a mix of weekdays and weekends.
- Mindset: You're calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and know how to bring positive energy to your team.
