The APP/PA will play a critical role in providing advanced, patient-centered care in an acute care setting. This role involves independent and collaborative responsibilities in partnership with physicians, case managers, and the broader healthcare team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. The APP/PA will support patients through every stage of their care journey, ensuring a seamless transition between service units and promoting optimal health outcomes. As part of the Clinical Expertise: you will assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Perform selected invasive procedures as necessary, monitor outcomes, and adjust care plans to ensure optimal results Position Requirements: Minimum Education: Required: Masters Degree Specify Degree(s): Nursing Minimum Experience: Required: 3-5 years of previous job-related experience Preferred: 6-10 years of previous job-related experience Licensure/Certifications: Required: CPR – Basic Life Support ACLS - Nursing – Current Registered Nurse License - State of Illinois Nursing – Nursing Practitioner License – State of Illinois Physician Assistant License Other: Specialty certification in a clinical or functional area of nursing granted by a national nursing organization is preferred. Pay Range: $109,304 - $180,336 per year Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
