The Echo Sonographer is responsible for: Performing non-invasive cardiac diagnostic procedures on a variety of age-specific populations, including all modalities of stress testing; adult, pediatric and fetal echocardiograms. Accurate and timely processing of cardiac reports associated with these procedures and following specific cardiac protocols. Adjusting and maintaining cardiac equipment and ensuring patient privacy and safety. HS Diploma required. Associate degree preferred (Graduate of accredited Echocardiography Program-Cardiac Technology) Eligibility for: Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) via ARDMS OR Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)/Registered congenital Cardiac Sonographer (RCCS) via CCI Advanced Cardiac Sonographer (ACS) via CCI Must receive one of the above credentials within one year of the date of hire. ACLS and/or PALS preferred. CPR/BLS - American Heart Association Salary Range: $29.78 - $48.84 per hour Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
