Includes working 3 holidays a year. Team rotates benches: -In patients, Outpatients and ERD Location: GMH- Melrose Park, IL About the job In this role, the Phlebotomist uses approved techniques to collect quality biological samples for laboratory testing from all patient populations (pediatric through geriatric); and performs electrocardiograms (EKG's) for cardiology interpretation, all while focusing on the needs of the patient and exemplifying the service excellence goals of care, concern, respect and cooperation. Here is what you will need Required: High School Diploma plus training acquired through work experience or education Minimum of 1.5 years of previous job-related experience Licensure/Certifications Preferred: CPR must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
