Our vision, mission and values are to provide quality care and education that creates a lifetime of equitable opportunities for all children.Role Summary : \ INCCRRA is seeking a Content Developer to work in the Learning and Development Department.This position assesses, plans, designs and develops professional development curriculum for online, virtual and face-to-face delivery to CCR&R staff, child care providers and cross-sector state system partners. Position will also assist with Online Learning Content as needed.What\'s in it for you?At INCCRRA we offer a teamwork environment with great benefits.Some of those great benefits include : Competitive employee wagesMedical / Dental / Vision / Life / Disability / Competitive 403(b) MatchPaid time off summary : 13 days of PTO & 12 sick days within first full year of employment.40 hours of time off in accordance with the Paid Leave for all Workers act every calendar year in addition to your accrued time.10 paid holidays off per year as well as employee birthday off.Tuition Reimbursement up to \$2,500 per fiscal year.Healthy work-life balance with flexible work hours.Hybrid work environment.What will you be doing?Develop curricula on designated topics as well as creating participant and trainer manuals along with resources, tutorials, guides in alignment with competencies, licensing standards and other state guidelines.Edit curricula for procedural and grammatical accuracyOrganize and facilitate the review of ITN and other designated training curricula; standardize existing curricula as neededPrepare written curriculum for online offeringsRegularly monitor progress / and or effectiveness of curricula and implement changes based on feedback with help of ITN and online feedbackWork with outside consultants / contractors to develop and / or validate training content and deliver excellent customer service for all projectsCoordinate work with outside print companies to have manuals printed and delivered for local delivery of trainingsBecome familiar with training content offered on ilearning systemParticipate in user testing processes for new coursesMake adjustments, revisions, or updates to improve user experience and align with content changes as necessaryAssist Instructional Design team with writing of scripts, assessments, exercises, interactions and curriculum content as neededPerform other job-related duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills and abilities we are looking for : Bachelor\'s Degree from a four-year college or university is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong written and verbal communication skillsDetail oriented with the ability to manage several projectsStrong knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExperience with instructional design and learning management softwareStrong knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and presentation skills
