Roles and Responsibilities:
· Want to have good insurance knowledge, and business analysis skills.
· Focus should be on clear business analysis skills within insurance, working with offshore teams.
· Excellent Communication is critical. Want them to be articulate, and concise.
· Will be required to travel.
· Soft skills: Great verbal and BA skills. Will be the front line of the program and part of the core team.
Domain: P&C insurance understanding, like how the overall business flows and critical function and various owners to the functions like actuary, rating, underwriting, FNOL, claims- don’t expect him to know the insights of warranty.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Business analysis: 5 years (Required)
- P&C Insurance/Property & Casualty Insurance: 5 years (Required)
- FNOL/First Notice of Loss: 5 years (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (Required)
