Certification Details BLS ACLS Job Details Busy cath lab requires cath lab tech with experience Cath lab call required 14 days of call in 6 week period Procedures to include angioplasty- TAVR-Watchman, peripheral vascular EP, carotid EPIC experience and MERGE experience 7am-1730 4 days a week, hours may extend given case loads Job Requirements Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals. Schedule Information 7am-1730 4 days a week Hours may extend given case loads Additional Details Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer. No declinations accepted. Required for all travelers. Preferred to be completed prior to start, can be completed onsite. Documentation of vaccination series completion OR documentation of declination to vaccine to be signed and dated by traveler. Flu season is October 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025. Exemptions / Declinations are accepted, but candidate will be required to wear a mask at all times.
