iLashHer, a Professional Fully Commissioned Lash and Brow Studio, is seeking Licensed Lash Artists to start work immediately! You'll have the opportunity to earn over $1200 a week. We are looking for an amazing professional person to add to our salon team. Someone who does not need to be micromanaged but still open to learning new techniques and wants work with a team. Someone who can assist our clients with grace, dependability, professionalism and in an upbeat manner. We want someone who wants to lash and grow in a professional salon team environment.

We are looking for someone available to work Tuesday - Friday 10am to 7pm and Sunday 12am to 6pm. If you are not able to work this schedule and do not currently have an active Ga license as a Esthetician or Cosmetologist please do not apply as this positions for immediate hires with this specific availability. We do not use premade fans. If you are not able to perform volume lashes without premade fans or not open to volume lash training that does not use premade fans please do not apply.

ALL Licensed Lash Artists, Estheticians, Cosmetologist & Brow Stylists are welcome to apply!

All Beauty Professionals must have a Current Active Georgia State License.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, maintain established clientele and serve walk-ins
• Make recommendations as to the style of eyelashes best suited to the client's face and desired appearance.
• Stay up-to-date on Eyelash extension theory, eye health, sanitation, isolation, application, styling, aftercare and license.
• Ensure tidiness of beauty stations and sterilize tools, as needed
• Form bonds with loyal customers and remember their lash style and preferences

Skills

• At least 12 months experience completing individual eyelash extensions and or Brow Services
• Proficient in Classic, and Volume Eyelash Extensions
• Professional and great time management skills, ability to manage high volume clientele
• Outgoing and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Must have an active state license in cosmetology or esthetics

Must be able to work Weekdays from 10am until 7pm and Sundays 12pm-6pm.

We Provide: Extensive Lash and Beauty Training, Uniforms, Supplies, Tools, Marketing of each Artist and Provide Clientele.

We provide an inclusive professional salon environment. We offer highly competitive commission rates. Pay is weekly via direct deposit on Fridays with tips given weekly as well. If you feel you would be a great addition please feel free to apply.

Candidates must have:

• Active State issued Esthetician or Cosmetology License
• 12 Months or more experience; trained in Classic and/or Volume Lash Extensions
• Upbeat, professional and polished appearance
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work 9am until 5pm on Saturdays and work from 10am until 7pm during the weekday.
• Highly motivated, Confident and Self Starter (Does not need to be micro-managed)
• Neat and polished appearance with unique personal style
